As a contractor with Excelsior you’ll have the best of both worlds, the freedom to set your own schedule and see the clients you want while allowing Excelsior to manage the medical record system, billing, gross receipts tax and other business expenses so you can focus on what you do best, helping your clients to heal and be the best versions of themselves. I am currently looking for both in-person and telehealth practitioners and offer both part-time and full-time positions. Duties:

• Conduct client assessments to determine mental health needs and develop treatment plans

• Provide individual, couple, family and/or group therapy sessions to clients

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, EMDR, etc.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements for Contractors:

• A Master's degree in a clinical field of study such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work.

• Active independent clinical license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) in good standing from the NM Counseling and Therapy or Social Work Board

• Individual liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000

• A Limited Liability Corporation as we are contracting with your private business for tax purposes (I can guide you through this process as necessary)

• Experience working with diverse populations

• Strong assessment skills to accurately diagnose mental health conditions

• Ability to develop and implement effective and evidence-based treatment plans based on client needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and their families
