As a mental health provider with over 11 years of experience I strive to give you the confidence to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, or any number of mental health concerns, in a comfortable, caring, and confidential environment. I will walk alongside you as you grow beyond those concerns and achieve the happiness and comfort you deserve in life. I know that therapy, or any commitment to change for that matter, can be scary and uncomfortable at times but I provide a calming space and an empathetic and unconditionally caring partner in your journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
